In Mid-March, QiFang is going to cooperate with some talented Chinese training schools, in order to provide a professional career for college students. These ones which were chosen by QiFang among many other training schools are excellent training institutions in a larger scale. They are mainly located in Chinese city centres in the North, East and West such as respectively Beijing, Hangzhou and Chengdu whereas other subsidiaries are disseminated in the whole country. As Qifang’s first schools partners, the provided training tool owns a certain employment guarantee. Besides providing loans opportunities to these schools’ students through this platform, QiFang would offer a diversified range of job opportunities to all its platform users. We thoughtfully consider every student’s different needs, and reflect our business motto: “Better offering opportunities than donating”.

QiFang aims at building a strong and sustainable model, using the resources available in the whole society. It’s an opportunity: - for students to be financially independent and to take initiatives - for companies with their innovative model to take part in this project and to hire talented people - eventually for every lender to both get a reasonable profit made out from their investment and enjoy the thought of being at the origin of others’ benefit.

In the past year, the cooperation between QiFang with Eastern and Western professional institutions, as part of the project “Helping needy students” in the non-developed regions, has obtained clear results. Through the communication and cooperation with, on the one hand, professional training institutions and, on the other hand, the CSR companies, we realised that the employment of these college students was the core issue which has been undermining both students and universities confidence. In this current international financial crisis, this issue has been particularly underlined, to which the government has carried out policies.

QiFang has summed up the analysis, according to the good reaction of the market, about experience and need: in 2009, the concentration of high quality resources will trigger the “2009, year full of hope” employment project. The content of this project consists of, through the partnership with companies: o integrating job opportunities and entrepreneurs’ needs o collecting high esteemed jobs and professional training product o coordinating with any financial program o helping students have a experience and skills which have to be acquired in order to satisfy the needs of the market o increasing job opportunities and possibilities of career promotion We believe that these actions will receive a good influence coming from the students.
