The aforesaid use can improve and adjust our website so as to better meet your needs and provide more convenient, effective and security transaction exercise.

Your acceptance of this Rules of Privacy Protection and the User Agreement indicates that you agree to receive such materials. If you are not intended to receive these materials, you can set not to receive such materials on the email reminding settings page.

4. Disclosure of your information by the company
4.1 Though the company shall protect your information in accordance with this Rules and professional customary practice, the company cannot and do not guarantee (and you can not expect either) that all or part of your information may not be disclosed in ways not displayed in this Rules. For examples, a third party may illegally intercept or obtain the transmitting personal data or contacting information, or, a third party may intrude into our users' database even though we have adopted relevant defensive measures to avoid such illegal activities in advance.
4.2 The company shall not disclose, sell or lease any of your personal data to any third party except the following occasions:
4.2.1 In the website of Qifang, your information shall be identified through your user name. Your user name may be used to identify your identification and your online activities. Other parties (not limited to the users of Qifang Website) can see your loan needs, bids you participated in the past, your credit rating and other relevant items of your logging on Qifang Website, etc. You fully understand and accept that the company cannot control such other parties to protect and use your information.
4.2.2 The company may disclose relevant information to the parties involved in the transaction with you so that they can evaluate such transaction and therefore to help you to complete the transaction. The relevant information to be disclosed includes but not limits to your contact details, email address, profile of your financial status etc. Of course, you can choose not to disclose your information to the parties involved in the transaction with you; nevertheless, it may have a negative impact on the evaluation by the parties to your transaction and thus affect the completion of the transaction.
4.2.3 In order to provide better service, the company may select relevant service providers to supply some supplementary services. If you choose to utilize the service provided by such service providers, you shall irrevocably approve the company to provide your information to such service providers for their use.
4.2.4 The company may share a lot of your information, including sharing with the parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures and the affiliated enterprises of the company provided permitted by the applicable law. Such entities shall protect your information at least to the extent of the Rules for Privacy Protection within the limits of the information they can obtain. The company, (if applicable) the parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures and other affiliated enterprises of the company might be merged with or acquired by other business entities. If such M&A happens, you should predict that the company shall share part or all of your information with other parties so as to continue to provide the services. And the company will require other entities involved in relevant M&A to abide by the Rules for Privacy Protection.
4.2.5 The company may legally disclose your information to the judicial authorities, administrative authorities or any designated third party by the aforesaid authorities upon the requirement of relevant judicial authorities or administrative authorities.

5. Your Use of Other Users' Information
5.1 In order to encourage the communication among the users and to realize the transaction purpose, the information of other users you obtained by the company or Qifang Website shall only be used for the purpose of transaction.
5.2 You fully understand and accept that you are liable to all the inconvenience, troubles and losses of other users caused by your use of their information and you shall hold the company, the parent company, the subsidiaries, the affiliated enterprises, the senior officers, directors, deputies and employees of the company harmless (if applicable) against the possible losses arising out of it accordingly.

6. Control your password
6.1 You shall be responsible for all the activities concerning the use of the user name and password, (including the charges). Therefore, the company suggests you not to disclose your password on Qifang Website to any third party, otherwise, you shall be fully responsible for the consequences accordingly.
6.2 Provided you lose the control over the password, you may have lost the substantial control over your personal information and possibly you may be bound by the activities with legal binding force performed by other parties on your behalf. Therefore, if your password is damaged for any reason, you should reset your password according to methods stipulated in this Rules.

7. Save, Verification and Modification of Your Personal Identification Data
7.1 You can verify and modify your information submitted for registration after being registered, including:
• Registration materials, including but not limited to your name, company, address, city, province, postal code, state, Email address, telephone number etc.
• Password
• Financial information
You must update in time if your personal information changes.
7.2 If you submit requests, the company will revoke your account, contacting information and financial information from the company's existing effective database.
7.3 The company will save some information you required to be deleted in some cases in the company's archives to avoid fraud or to be used for dispute settlement and mediation, assisting any investigation, implementation of the User Agreement and in compliance with laws. In addition, for the reason of some technical limitations and that the information is backup in several systems of the company, you shall not anticipate that all your information can be completely deleted from our database. However, your information shall not be disclosed to the public or be used by other users of Qifang Website.

8. Security
8.1 The company adopts professional standards to maintain the privacy of your personal information, including "Firewall", secure sockets layer agreement etc. nevertheless, you understand and unconditionally accept that there is no "absolute security" in the Internet. Therefore, you shall not expect your information in absolute privacy protection status.
8.2 Information from the Internet or from any third party may be harmful to your system. The company strongly suggests you to use virus defensive software, personal firewalls etc to defend and protect your system.

9. Notice
9.1 The company may modify and supplement this Rules of Privacy Protection according to your suggestions and the company's needs so as to accurately reflect the collection and disclosure of information by the company.
9.2 All the modifications and supplements to the Rules shall be published on Qifang Website at least [7] days after such modifications and supplements come into force. If you do not accept such modifications and supplements, you shall stop using our service immediately.
9.3 If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of the Rules, the Chinese version shall prevail.
