Story and Dream:

In 2001, Madam Rosalyn C. Koo, director of the California-based NGO 1990 Institute, raised funds to help 1,000 rural girls go back to school from 5 poverty-stricken counties in Ankang and Shangluo of Shaanxi Province, China. The project is called Spring Bud Project. This year, collaborated with Spring Bud, Qifang promoted an online donation campaign. Together with all the warm-hearted lenders, Qifang hopes to help these optimistic and diligent girls in the mountain area to collect their tuition fees in the university and complete their educational dreams.
